Meet Our Chef
Alejandro Aguirre Ruiz comes from a humble beginning. Being raised by a single mother, after tragically losing his father in a car accident in San Jose de Gracia in Jalisco Mexico.
He remembers spending most of his childhood with his grandmother cooking savory dishes in a fogón. Alejandro developed a love for the kitchen and was inspired by how food can tell a story, convey cultural ideas, and brings people together.
Living for every detail Alejandro embraces art in every dish. Combining fresh ingredients, he brings you the perfect blending of authenticity and inspiration.
